According to TMZ, Lil Durk is a wanted man in Atlanta on multiple serious charges. Durk posted to his Instagram story yesterday [5/29/2019] saying he planned to turn himself in the next day **UPDATE** Durk has now handed himself into Atlanta police, shortly after releasing a new song named ‘Turn Myself In’. Atlanta Police Department told TMZ they have now obtained arrest warrants for Durk on 5 different felony charges: criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon & a charge relating to associating with a criminal street gang while participating in a crime.

The police report about the incident claims officers responded to reports of a person shot around 5:45 a.m. at a restaurant called The Varsity in Atlanta, GA where they reportedly found a man suffering from a gunshot wound & recovered 13 shell casings (from a rifle and a pistol) and a firearm. The victim was rushed to hospital for surgery and survived the incident, and police say they spoke to 2 witnesses who claimed the victim was in a verbal dispute with an “unknown black male” before the shooting. Police say they’ve examined all CCTV footage and their investigation is ongoing.

Some are speculating that the warrants for Durk’s arrest could be related to those fellow OTF artist King Von is also facing in Atlanta. Von was picked up and held with no bond on May 6. Durk released a song earlier today titled ‘Turn Myself In’, and seemingly plans to surrender to authorities.
