Tay600 posted a link to the full paperwork relating to RondoNumbaNine’s appeal process, and he is not listed or referred to anywhere as a witness.

Tay and his fans have taken this as black-and-white proof that he was in no way involved in the conviction of Rondo or Cdai, but some people following the drama disagree and side with Booka600, who still claims Tay was a “secret witness”. Tay responded to Booka’s claims on his Instagram story (@:

Tay’s beef with the rest of 600 has been an ongoing issue since Rondo and Cdai were arrested for murder back in March of 2014. His former friends and affiliates were quick to turn on him and slander his name, and Tay has been defending himself ever since.
