Florida rapper XXXTentacion shocked some of his followers yesterday with a short post showing himself in a noose then dropping his phone, which had some of his supporters and other blog sites believing he had actually killed himself.

He took to his Instagram after his video shoot was finished to let everybody know that he was fine, and insisted he was not playing around with the subject of suicide. He said the video was part of his artistry and was meant as an expression of himself rather than a comment on suicide or a publicity stunt.

XXXTentacion is dropping his debut album ’17’ at 12:00am tonight [8.24.17] on Apple Music and Spotify. He released a track from the album on SoundCloud today titled ‘F*ck Love’ which featured fellow up and comer Trippie Redd.
