Chief Keef’s friend T.Slick has become the latest of his friends to fall victim to gun violence.

Various rumours about how the GBE/Glo Gang/NLMB affiliate died circulated after the news first broke. He lost his life late Friday night/Saturday morning (May 3rd).

Slick was reportedly the victim of a fatal shoòting while sitting in a vehicle on North Gale Avenue in Peoria, Illinois on the night of Friday 3rd. He was rushed to hospital, but later pronounced deceased as a reult of his injuries.

 

His friends and family have begun paying tribute to him on their social media pages.

The Chicago native, who was in his early thirties, achieved notoriety amongst fans of Chief Keef and the Chicago drill scene after going to prison for over 10 years and being mentioned on numerous songs. He was only released from prison in December of 2022, and had teased taking music more seriously in the name of his late uncle Capo before his untimely death.
