Chicago rapper and member of King Louie’s MUBU camp known as Krump was shot and later passed away from his injuries late Thursday night/Friday morning [5/24/18].

The 32-year-old was standing in the 6800 block of South Morgan Street when shots were fired from a car driving past. Reports say he was attending a party at the time anHe was shot twice in his arm and twice in his torso and taken to University of Chicago Hospital where he later died. Another man, rumoured to be known as 051 Melly was shot alongside Krump and is currently in hospital in serious condition.

Before he started rapping, Krump was a known face in the Drill scene for his willingness to get involved in any Twitter beefs involving his rivals from specific sets of the Black Disciples.

His feuds with Lil Durk, Lil Reese and a number of others made him a frequent participant in the numerous Twitter Beef videos we posted at the Drill Scene’s peak back in 2013-15.

Tributes to the rapper came in via social networks, and his rivals were quick to speak on his passing due to his previous disrespectful comments about their dead friends such as OTF Nunu.
