G Herbo, 600Breezy, Young Scooter and other Chicago & Atlanta rappers React to the seemingly unlawful killing of 37 year-old black man Alton Sterling who was killed while selling CDs and allegedly carrying a legal firearm by 2 white police officers. Other rappers who publicly reacted via their social networking pages included Quavo of the Migos, Jose Guapo, Skippa Da Flippa, Baby CEO, Laka Films, Young Famous, Stunt Taylor, King Samson, Prince Eazy, MUBU Castro, Breezy Montana & many more.

A video of the shooting which happened in Baton Rouge, Louisiana went viral and the 2 officers involved, now named as Blane Salamoni and Howie Lake II, have been placed on administrative leave.

Rappers and people world over have been venting their frustrations with the ongoing situation in America which sees most white police officers escape any unlawful death charges in cases involving black people and other ethnic minorities, even in questionable circumstances.

It is worth noting that G Herbo aka Lil Herb’s first post and following video refers to a false post which was passed around afterwards which wrongly named the officers as other people who had nothing to do with the incident. This is why the photo itself was omitted from this video & why he made a video post to clarify his point.
