G Herbo and other rappers including Famous Dex, Trill Sammy, Rich The Kid, Jose Guapo, Rico Recklezz and Matti Baybee and more took to Twitter and Instagram yesterday to let people know how they feel about the XXL Freshman list 2016.

The XXL Freshman list is a list of rappers who are seen to be making a big impact and on the verge of wider commercial success. Chicago’s G Herbo (formerly known as Lil Herb) missed out on being on the list in 2014 and 2015 to many of his fans disbelief, and was rewarded with a place on the list this year.

Famous Dex, Rich The Kid and Trill Sammy, three upcoming rappers who have been making noise for a while now and have amassed millions of back-to-back views tweeted each other and seemed confused as to why none of them had been awarded a place on the Freshman list. Others like Jose Guapo remained confident in their potential and ability despite missing out on a place this year.

Team 600 rapper 600Breezy also seemed confused he had not managed to achieve a place on the list and re-posted many of his fans’ tweets about the issue.
