Kodak Black has been ordered to spend 30 days in a Rehab program after testing positive for traces of fentanyl in a probation-mandated drug test.

 

The rapper, real name Bill K. Kapri, appeared in a Broward County courtroom on Tuesday February 28th to answer to accusations of failing a narcotics test, which is a part of his probation from a 2022 arrest where he was caught carrying multiple oxycontin pills.

His lawyer Brad Cohen (@Lawronin on Instagram) argued that the positive test was a result of a lab technicians making mistakes and causing a mixup with the testing samples. Check out his response to the rehabverdict below:

 

Kodak’s stint in rehab is set to begin shortly after his performance at Rolling Loud in California at the start of March.
