According to a report from the Tallahassee Democrat, Kodak Black was targeted in a shooting incident that reportedly took place around 3am on the morning of April 5th at a McDonalds in Tallahassee, Florida.

Yak and his team made a late night/early morning stop at McDonalds, where Kodak repprtedly refused his security’s advice to stay in his vehicle and insisted on picking up his order himself.

A group of vehicles was said to be following the rapper’s entourage for a while after they left Baja’s Beach Club on Pensacola Street. These vehicles then left the scene and then returned when they got to the McDonalds car park, opening fire on them and hitting one of Yak’s security guards in the femoral artery in his leg. He lost “a lot of blood” & was rushed to the hospital for surgery, & his condition is unknown at time of writing.

As for Kodak himself, he was totally unharmed and was escorted from the scene in another armored vehicle. He posted a photo to his Instagram page mocking the shooters later on Monday:
