The music producer behind the instrumental to Young Pappy’s ‘Killa’ explains why he had the music video to the track removed from YouTube. *Video has since been restored*

He alleges that he has not been paid royalties he is owed for the track being placed for sale on iTunes’ digital distribution network by Young Pappy’s management. He also says the video will remain removed until he is paid some of the money he is owed.

Do you think he was right to ask for payment for his instrumental being used in a video which had over 12 million views? Or should he have left the video up and attempted to sort out the dispute in a way which would not affect Young Pappy’s fans?
