Chicago rapper and co-defendant in Lil Chief Dinero’s case EBE Murda was sentenced to 7 1/2 years in prison for aggravated robbery relating to a home invasion incident in Champaign County, IL early this year.

A warrant was issued for the 21 year-old’s arrest along with fellow rapper GMEBE Lil Chief Dinero mid-February, seeking them for reported charges of home invasion and aggravated robbery in connection to the January 11th incident in east Urbana.

EBE Murda admitted robbing the man in question and ‘implying he had a gun’, and the pair made off with around $950, a video surveillance system, cellphones and identity cards.

The people inside the residence at the time of the robbery identified both of the underground rappers from photo lineups & the pair were arrested in March. EBE Murda had one previous conviction for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, and in exchange for his plea to aggravated robbery the other charges of home invasion and robbery were dropped. The pair are currently being held in Champaign County.
