The @miamiherald has revealed that FL rapper Tankhead (aka Tankhead666) did not murder his manager, but is being charged with 2nd degree murder for accompanying him to Kush bar and grill in Wynwood, Miami to confront a rival.
Tank travelled with Jose to the gastropub on Miami Avenue to deal with a so-far unknown dispute with the restaurant worker . The man who worked at Kush was reportedly beaten up and shot by Tank, but during the brawl Jose allegedly dropped a firearm from his bag and the man picked it up and shot Jose with it.
Tank fled the scene and was later arrested in Iowa and extradited, and is now being charged with Jose’s murder and the attempted murder of the man who worked at Kush.
Florida law means that people involved in violent felonies can be charged with murder if a death results from the crime, therefore Tank will be charged with the murder of Jose (@fatpapiescobars on Instagram) despite the pair being close friends.
