Tankhead, also known as Tankhead666, has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a shooting incident in Wynwood, Miami which left one man dead and another in critical condition.
The 27-year-old is being charged with the murder of Jose Tremaine Jose, who was shot and killed after an argument outside Kush, a bar and grill located on Miami Avenue at 2 p.m. Jose is listed as a management contact on Tank’s Instagram page (@tankhead666), and has Tank’s username in his bio, indicating the 2 had a business relationship before the deadly shooting.
On Friday February 7th. The shooting left the surrounding streets in chaos as police closed in on the area searching with the help of K9 units and helicopters, but no shooter was arrested at the scene. Jose and a man who is yet to be named were found at the scene suffering from gunshot wounds, and taken to Jackson Memorial hospital where Jose later died from his injuries.
On Monday 10th Miami Detectives flew to Ohio to extradite Tankhead for his suspected involvement, and he is now reportedly being charged with Jose’s murder. The other unnamed wounded man reportedly remains in critical condition.
Jose was at one time a “star local high school football player” for Booker T. Washington and then Miami Central Senior High, who went on to become a local rapper and artist manager. Tank, real name Lynwood Walker III, is a rapper from Florida who was a close friend of XXXTentacion before X’s untimely death in June of 2018.
