Over the last few days Chicago rapper/producer Young Chop has continued to come at 21 Savage while on Instagram live, and has also taken aim at various other people including Paris Bueller, 808 Mafia’s Southside, DJ Akademiks, Tadoe, Metro Boomin, J.Prince JR & more.

Chop started off by responding to direct messages from Savage that contained the phrase ‘U think u tough cuz u from Chicago’, then claimed that 21 and the other artists he’s dissed over the past few days are “in cahoots” with DJ Akademiks and have asked him not to post about Chop. He went on to claim that 21 Savage is “mad at [Young] Nudy ‘cause he wouldn’t sign to him” & questioned if 21 has done as much for Young Nudy’s career as he could. In a separate Instagram post Chop accused somebody of hacking his page and even limiting the reach of his latest YouTube video.

The next day Chop continued to speak on Drill music’s origins and his involvement with it, admitting Lex Luger inspired parts of ‘Love Sosa’ & claiming he had more involvement than other producers such as Paris Bueller, going on to say “I am the king of Chiraq bro…of the drill sound”.

Chop also spoke on his issues with 808 Mafia’s Southside/Sizzle as well as name dropping Glo Gang’s Tadoe & 12Million and calling them “suburb kids”, before calling out Drake for taking Trippie Redd off a song.

He later sent a subliminal shot at Mike WiLL Made-It, before complimenting Future and then mocking Jay-Z’s recording process. Metro Boomin was not directly dissed by Chop, but he reminisced and laughed about a time his brother Johnny May Cash allegedly pressured Metro in the past.

There’s a possibility that Chop will go live again in the next few days, so stay tuned for another update. -@RapCatchUp
