Former affiliates Rico Recklezz and Mikey Dollaz yesterday got into a dispute after Rico dissed his former friends’ dead associate Shondale ‘Tooka’ Gregory on Instagram & tagged I.L Will in the post.

Mikey took offence to the post and posted indirectly about Rico due to Rico tagging I.L Will in the original post dissing Tooka. Rico initially also responded indirectly via his Twitter page. The pair later got into it after Rico accused Mikey Dollaz of just being sour that he could not get Rico to feature on a song, and Mikey accused Rico of “dissing [his] own dead homies”.

Rico later went live and spoke briefly about the pair’s disagreement and said that “gang banging” was the reason Mikey isn’t able to book as many shows as him, and Mikey previewed a diss track aimed at Rico on his Instagram story. Behind the scenes it seems, despite both being close to fellow Westside Chicago rapper I.L Will, that the pair have never really seen eye-to-eye and can not seem to get along. Rico posted a screenshot from an old interview which shows Mikey looking disgruntled behind him claiming he was “hating” even when the pair were together, and Mikey replied by saying he should have knocked Rico out ‘then and there’.
